Mosaic District

Mosaic District is an urban town center development for the Merrifield community located in the heart of Northern Virginia, completed in 2018. It consists of shopping centers, retail, offices, and residential establishments. The 31-acre mixed-use development also boasts gourmet dining, movie theaters, hotels, real estate units, two urban parks, and pedestrian-friendly streets. Because of the vast neighborhood of Merrifield, the project was divided into four geographic districts, which provide a 500,000 square feet ground floor. The most spectacular about the infrastructure is its Green Building features which earned them a LEED-ND rating awarded by the United State Green Building Council.
