Annandale

Welcome to the “Crossroads of Northern Virginia”! Annandale is a large community that spans both inside and outside the beltway. Culturally, Annandale is known for its large Korean community, but there are people from all cultures and all corners of the globe who call Annandale home. Centrally located between Alexandria, Springfield, Fairfax and Falls Church, Annandale is a great community to live in because there is easy access to all major commuter routes, shopping and restaurants. There is an array of housing options including condos, townhomes, small “starter” single family homes, and larger single family home communities. Walking & biking trails weave throughout Annandale and the surrounding areas. Annandale has an active community, and proudly hosts the annual “Taste of Annandale” each Fall.
